Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
The Studio Collective is a membership-based program providing access to studio time, creative feedback, and production services through a monthly subscription model.
By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.
2. Membership Structure
Memberships operate on a monthly subscription basis and may include:
Studio time credits
Discounted booking rates
Access to livestream feedback sessions
Optional production and consulting services (depending on tier)
All benefits are non-transferable and intended solely for the subscribing member.
3. Payments & Billing
Memberships are billed monthly via PayPal.
Payment must be received before any credits or benefits are activated.
Failure to pay results in immediate suspension of membership benefits.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
By subscribing, you acknowledge:
You are purchasing access to time, availability, and services—not guaranteed outcomes.
No refunds will be issued for unused time, missed sessions, or partial usage.
5. Credits & Usage
Monthly credits must be used within the billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
Unused credits may expire or roll over at the sole discretion of PC Productions Studio.
Credits hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
6. Scheduling & Availability
All sessions must be scheduled in advance.
Scheduling is based on availability and existing commitments.
As a working producer/engineer with external obligations, availability may vary.
PC Productions Studio reserves the right to:
Limit booking frequency
Adjust scheduling windows
Prioritize long-term or ongoing projects
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Minimum 48 hours notice required to reschedule a booked session.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited credits.
Repeated cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges.
8. Livestream / Collective Sessions
Membership may include access to group feedback sessions via livestream.
Access is provided via private or unlisted links.
Sharing access links outside the membership is strictly prohibited.
PC Productions Studio is not responsible for:
Technical issues on the user’s end
Missed sessions
9. Scope of Services
Membership does not guarantee:
Song completion
Release outcomes
Label placement or commercial success
Services are provided as creative collaboration and professional support.
10. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:
Arrive prepared for sessions
Respect scheduled time limits
Maintain professional and respectful conduct
Failure to do so may result in:
Loss of session time
Suspension or termination of membership
11. Intellectual Property
All music created remains the property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PC Productions Studio retains the right to use excerpts for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly declined in writing.
12. Termination
Membership may be canceled at any time by the member.
Upon cancellation:
No refunds will be issued
Remaining credits must be used within the current billing period unless otherwise approved
PC Productions Studio reserves the right to terminate membership at any time due to:
Misuse of services
Abuse of scheduling
Violation of these terms
13. Changes to Membership
PC Productions Studio reserves the right to:
Modify pricing
Adjust membership benefits
Update policies
Members will be notified of any significant changes.
14. Limitation of Liability
PC Productions Studio is not liable for:
Lost files (though reasonable care is taken)
Missed deadlines due to scheduling constraints
Indirect or consequential damages
15. Agreement
By subscribing, you confirm that:
You understand the structure of the membership
You accept all terms outlined above
You acknowledge this is a time-based, service-driven offering
